I have no experience with them, but they seem to have a real good idea and I wish them luck:

We partner with local companies of any size and market their job roles to college students and job seekers through job shadowing opportunities. Students get to learn about what the working world is truly like and get connected with employers without the long term commitment of a typical internship program.

A bunch of surprises--at least to me (Chinese in Missouri? French in North Carolina? Nepali in Nebraska?)--but I assume the absolute numbers in some instances are really small.
