Yet, still, once more, another example of huge gap between government intentions and government results.
I think this is the most frustrating aspect of the climate change debate: you can't be sure if the data really are the data.
Occasionally when you buy something cheap you get a real bargain. But in my experience, you usually get what you pay for.
