Stan Liebowitz continues to criticize the deeply flawed but highly cited and influential paper by Oberholzer-Gee and Strumpf on the effects of illegal file-sharing.
Forget the alleged shortcomings of economics in predicting the Great Recession: that Liebowitz's critique hasn't gotten more of a hearing is a sad commentary on the profession.
