"The world in 2025? We'll all own a pilot licence, teleportation will take off and food shortages will disappear, experts predict"

If this is the best the "experts" can do, I'm not very impressed. I question at least #2 and #4.

I predict every 8-year-old in the world will get a pony for their birthday.

2 is just silly.

As for 4, we don't really have a food shortage now so much as a food distribution problem, mostly caused by governments. I'm not so sure having a lot more food will fix the government problem.
