Two predictions for the Affordable Care Act

Scott W. Atlas, in the Wall Street Journal, predicts "Unless ObamaCare is drastically altered, America's health care will also become even more divided, with rising inequality."

I absolutely agree and, of course, this will infuriate the Left.

But George Will predicts "Obamacare's Doom".

Two years ago, the Supreme Court saved the ACA by declaring its penalty to be a tax. It thereby doomed the ACA as an unconstitutional violation of the origination clause.

Maybe. The Court can pull another rabbit out of the hat. (See, for example, Scott Johnson, "The Courts Will Not Save Us".) We'll see.
