Not sure I would want to be on any list with Youngsville or Wilkes-Barre, and I can't say that traffic is very good (and this from someone that now lives in Atlanta), but we enjoyed our 9 years in Raleigh. It was a great place to raise a family, and plenty of outdoor activities.

I just wish I wasn't allergic to oak trees!!
