"How the Media Again Failed on the Duke Lacrosse Story"

Unsurprising but still inexcusable

I have to admit my naivete about the Duke Lacrosse affair. When I first heard reports of this I thought it was a rape. After the facts came out I learned that I had been wrong. And this follows a pattern of almost every accusation of white guys raping black women: they're almost all hoaxes. But the libralz love this narrative.

I suppose I should have learned from the Tawana Brawley hoax. But there is nothing like a pattern of hoaxes to teach us naive people a lesson.
