The title refers to a famous comment about how professional journalists are so much better than mere bloggers. But there was a teensy, tiny problem with a recent Washington Post article on Stratocasters: it depicts Jeff Beck playing . . . a Gibson hollow body guitar.
Even if you're not interested in Stratocaster or the mistakes of the Washington Post, this piece is interesting for its brief discussion of the "Gell-Mann Amnesia Effect".
