And I'm currently reading and really enjoying Jeff Bezos and the Age of Amazon. Strongly recommended.

Interesting. Define "team" though.
Often you have a "business" team that decides what they want, and a "work" team that actually delivers (around here think IT or construction, in other places, line workers).
Is the rule applied separately to the thinkers and the doers, or together?
