"Balancing the Federal Budget: So Easy A Class of College Students Can Do It"

Clever. And important. 

I agree with most of it, but I wouldn't "immediately" increasing the Social Security eligibility age to 70; I would phase it in. And I would be real darn cautioius about "ending the war on drugs". As James Q. Wilson noted long ago, that change would almost surely be irreversible, so lots of caution is warranted.

OTOH, if your level of caution prevails then it would be the (long ago) the decision to *start* the war on drugs that would be nigh irreversible....
