This might explain a *whole* lot

From "The Dark Side of Teen Texting":

"63% of teens text everyday".

"A typical teen sends about 100 text messages per day".

Then again, my parents thought my generation was going to Hell because of all the TV we watched and rock and roll we listened to.

Never mind.

Strange, I was just thinking about this as a general principle a moment ago: Teenagers shall overly adapt to any and all technology related to communication because they are not permitted to be autonomous adults.

We don't text all day because we're old and not with it, but rather because we can walk out the door and socialize in person anytime we want.
