I can't figure out who are the equivalents of the Bs and Bs. Green groups are one; who are the other? Public-sector employees? Public-sector unions? It can't be the politicians themselves, because the point of the Bs-and-Bs argument is that citizen groups that normally oppose each other sometimes agree on a policy, right? So don't both groups need to be citizens rather than pols? Maybe I misunderstand.
