Of all the cars I have owned, my favorite was (wait for it ...) the '67 Ford Mustang! I drove that car for 13 years, until one day I noticed that the flooring beneath the driver's seat had rusted through.
Sadly, I had to get another car, though my 'stang's V8 was still raring (roaring?) to go at the time.
I mark that episode the beginning of my middle age years. Sigh ...
