Yeah, yeah, Mike was no great shakes in baseball either, between his episodes of magnificence as the greatest basketball player evah.

Michelangelo was also a lousy business executive.


Re Jordan's baseball pretensions, the most amazing thing about it is that he was taken seriously by some people.

It produced the greatest sports quote I have ever heard. Bob Feller said quite succinctly, "He couldn't hit a curve ball with an ironing board".
