Cali war on this; Cali war on that ...
Where's the Cali anti-war crowd (like Code Pink) when you need them?

I suggest that any "transit villages" must first be occupied by anyone elected to office in California, plus all bureaucrats in the first 4 levels of any bureaucracy.

Oh my, at my local college one would expect constant wailing and gnashing of teeth regarding the severe spending cuts and lack of COLA pay raises over the last five years. Not to mention the continuous increases in student fees/tuition. One would expect the ruling Marxist Cabal on campus to conduct teach-ins, workshops, demonstrations, and days of rage/protest, demanding that the wrongs be righted, justice socialized, and anyone making more than $100,000/yr be fleeced of their financial means.
Yet, nary a peep, nor even a hint of any suggestion that "they" might be part of the problem.
Perhaps some serious self-introspection might cause these elites to stumble upon the basic elemental truth: the very same anti-business, anti-capitalist socialistic tripe spewed into the malleable minds of young students is at the source of the policies that have crippled California's ability to pay for basic operations. I haven't heard anyone on campus even hint at this.
So, if the perpetrators were to honestly assess the causes of California's Greece-like problems (and their own financial anguish), one could reasonably expect their heads to explode. Let's hope.
