I'll have to give this guy credit, he seems to have crammed more fads into a single diet than anyone else. Raw! Paleo! Sugar Free! Gluten Free! Lol, as the kids say.

And while his charts and logic might make sense, combining them doesn't. Because one way would be to eat a raw 4oz steak with 2 sticks of butter and a pound of parsley.

Those darn trade-offs. I'm not sure either, so I eat them only on occasion. I soak according to this (which I am sure you know):
