Stay...98% chance in 30 years. I bet there is 100% chance one will occur within the next 250yrs. Probably stand a great chance of losing my ocean front house house (don't have one, but can dream) in Jacksonville, FL from a hurricane.
Maybe the insurance companies should go visit these homeowners now since some people will see a demand for this.
