"econSimulator"

I haven't tried it yet, but it might be useful for showing students that the Fed has a difficult job.

Pegging interest rates amounts to price-fixing. I'm not one of the End-the-Fedders, but it's not too much of a stretch to compare the Fed's job to the job of Soviet price-setters.
