Yeah, I pretty much use honey in my coffee, when I occasionally drink a soft drink I seek out those sweetened by cane sugar. and I buy sugarbusters foods often, and read labels, so many sauces and dressings have added sugar.

One thing I will not do is go with artificial sweeteners, never found any that didn't taste like a chemical spill.
