I read this book and enjoyed it. The best part is where he talks about the infighting that goes on amongst the consultants themselves. They know they're full of shit and that what they're doing is a scam. Consequently, they tread very carefully around one another.
I worked in an organization that was subjected to this monkey business. Essentially they're saying, you tell us what you do and how you do it, and we'll tell you how you can do it better. Why would anyone be taken in by this?
