Five on food trucks

Food trucks seem to be more and more in the news. Due to the recession?

"Three Best Ways to Start a Food Truck Business". (Wall Street Journal, 8/20.)

"User’s Guide: How to Start Your Own Food Truck". (New York magazine, 8/9.) Some information is NYC-specific, but there's also some general information.

"Seven Tasty Food Carts (and Trucks) From Across the Country". (SF Weekly, 6/12.)

"Nouveau Food Trucks". (LA Times.)

"New York food trucks go gourmet". (MSNBC.)

Food trucks are all over Houston. Of course every one of them is Mexican food, but that's ok I love Mexican Food.

I remember one that used to park not far from my house had three tamales for a dollar. I was probably eating roof rabbit, but I don't care, they were tasty.
