So let the market rule?

The Democrats better not get what they wish for. The sock puppet networks of NBC, CBS PBS, NPR and ABC will be monitored and be continually sued by conservative foundations for unfairness.

Depends. Are there 3 outlets, or 3000? I'd maybe buy the return of the Fairness Doctrine *if* outsiders got to decide what opposing views got aired in competition with what the MSM shovels out, but I'm guessing the NYT would respond the way their 'omsbudsman' responds now, by ducking.
So, yes. Let the market rule. Far as I know Air America is free to rant and rave all they want. All they need is listeners.
