It's especially unfair since Kathleen Turner has had major medical problems and that's part of the reason she looks like she does. And it's also especially unfair that Michelle Pfeifer looks as good as ever.

Good bone structure works every time, evidently. Those who started with good bone structure, on average, aged 'better' (?) than the others. However, remember that the very definition of beauty in women strongly implies biological structures indicating age = onset of oestrus +/- 10 years or so. Makeup can only go so far.
