Gosh. How hard to believe is that? Honestly, short of flogging them, I don't know how much more I can do to get my students (even graduate students) to realize the importance of reading, writing, speaking, and presentation skills. Apparently, any old half-assed effort is good enough for them.

JorgX...seems to me questionable whether anyone should be admitted to an MBA program unless he already has pretty decent writing and presentation skills (with some allowance for those whose native language is not English). There aren't too many executive positions in which these skills are not extremely important...
