One of the judges hearing the Sun v. Microsoft litigation tells Sun's lawyer that Sun's economic theory "doesn't make much sense." Why should that stop them? The same judge, told by Sun's lawyer that Microsoft was like Tonya Harding getting Nancy Kerrigan's knee clubbed, observed, "But what you did is asked for a remedy to fix her elbow and not her knee."
